With the exception of the Email Request form and the Employee Acceptable Use Policy (4.406-A), a copy of all approved, completed forms must be sent to the IT Department. The Email Request form should be returned to the librarian of your school and/or the Human Resources Department. The Employee Acceptable Use Policy (4.406-A) MUST be returned to the Human Resources Department at the Hardeman County Board of Education.
