Additional information required is as follows:
Professional Educators: All applicants must have a valid Tennessee teaching license with the appropriate endorsements to be fully certified and highly qualified for the grade and/or core subject for which they are applying.
Paraprofessionals: All applicants must be highly qualified and must be a high school graduate and have passed the ParaPro exam, hold an associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or have 48 hours of college credit.
Substitute Teachers: All applicants must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, attend one day of training or hold a bachelor's degree and attend one day of training.
Support Staff: All applicants must have a high school diploma, G.E.D. or applicable associate's degree or baccalaureate degree and experience in the area for which they are applying for a job.
Background checks will be conducted on all applicants for positions with the Hardeman County Schools.
