The Accounting/Finance Department of the Hardeman County Board of Education is responsible for managing the fiscal needs of the district. That responsibility includes payroll preparation and distribution, revenue collection, encumbrance and final payment of all expenditures, budgeting, and financial reporting for all associated school funds. Through these duties support is provided by the accounting/finance department to all other departments of the district. All of this is done within controls to ensure that the Hardeman County Board of Education complies with all local, state, and federal laws.
