Hardeman County Schools Middle College

In Partnership with Jackson State Community College

Middle College offers eligible 11th and 12th grade students the unique opportunity to earn college credit hours through JSCC while completing their high school education. As the Middle College program continues to grow, it stands as a shining example of how innovative partnerships and bold leadership can open new doors and transform the educational landscape for students in rural communities.

Why do Middle College?

Earn College Credit

Dual enrollment traditionally offers high school students the ability to earn college credit that they can then transfer to the college or four-year institution upon graduation.

Earn a degree before graduation

The Middle College program provides students with a two-year degree, allowing them to reduce their time at a four-year institution.

Save money

Save money you would have used to pay for tuition of courses if you did not do them while you were in high school.
